Snowing

It's been snowing all day. I got a bone broth on in the slow cooker this morning. Also edited and uploaded my podcast it was hard to record one but we managed good to get back to it. 

We had a talk on concussion at our kickboxing class from a doctor who specialises in it. He uses techniques using eye and head movement to improve our ability to prevent concussions or from them being more severe. He works with the hockey teams. Interesting to learn more about the how and why concussions happen. In the same way everyone is individual so is everyone's concussion too. A lot of useful information and a better understanding is good.
