People-Watcher's Paradise

Ok, well, maybe a people-watcher would need some binoculars, but there's plenty to see from up here.

My friend took me to see where she works. This wasn't even the top of the big bank skyscraper, but 23 stories up was enough for a good view. It's the opposite side of the river from last month's shot. You can still see the Pearl Tower (the tall, pointy one with pink spheres.)
