On the Road Again

Daughter Penni left  today to do more travelling around SA.. It's been wonderful having her to stay, always too short, but it's good to know she's living in SA now and not NYC!  She's loving her new car.
We have had a change of mind about the townhouse we were going to buy.  We've decided to rather go into a retirement complex, one that we've had our name down for for a long time. We know a lot of people there, and there is medical help on site which hubby T will need as his Parkinson's Disease worsens. I feel more relaxed about our decision. There is nothing available at the moment but we are not in a hurry. The garden will be smaller but dogs are allowed.
It's been an emotionally exhausting week - thankfully Penni was here to support us, as were our other kids from far away.
