Some crochet.
The Feast Day of Saint Conrad. 1290 to 1351.
Today has been enjoyable, cold and sunny. The morning temperature was 3c but felt like minus 1c. The bird bath water did not freeze overnight.
I went out to buy my copy of The People's Friend from Best One. The lady who runs the shop with her husband, is hard working, kind and not very chatty but cheerful and polite.
I have done some washing and drying. Then my usual routine of watching Holy Mass from St Marie's in Sheffield online, the Holy Rosary, looking after the cats, crocheting Granny blankets and studying the sermons of C S Lewis. I feel blessed by all I have learnt.
I have made some vegetable soup and Marmite toaste for the evening meal.
I hope you had a lovely Wednesday and thank you for yesterday's stars.
