Brittany village...

Well the people who sold us the garden trolley (See yesterday's blip) asked me to send over the part number, which I did. They then wrote back and said I had not done the correct part number please send it on the attached form. There was no attached form so I marked it on the instruction leaflet and sent that to them. At this rate it'll be easier to get the original wheel/tyre fixed ourselves...we await their reply. Oh why can't I speak to a real person?? Please!!!!

Update. Have just looked at 'made4home' ratings online (item sold by them via leroy merlin). Pretty bad...I doubt if we'll get a satisfactory outcome
