Oh wheelie?

We ordered a garden cart from leroy merlin and it arrived yesterday but when we went to assemble it today one of the wheels wasn't inflated and worse still it won't stay inflated...so we've raised a complaint which they have 48 yes 48 hours to reply to. Good ey?
