From waking up just after 7, the wee man was on the go. Building dens, playing with cars and bricks, doing jigsaws and sorting out things. After a morning snack we walked for an hour or so before I got him in his buggy and, eventually, he fell asleep.

After we dropped him off at nursery I headed back up the road in time for dinner with my wife’s godson and girlfriend. A busy but good day.
