Ponies

I felt tired today but had minimal coughing and no tummy upset so that’s looking positive. #3 daughter managed back to work today as her sickness and headache were better but she too is tired. Nathaniel enjoyed his first rehearsal and met the other 2 boys so it’s nice for him to have other youngsters to be with.

Another cold day improved by a 3.5 mile walk with Chris. Well I say improved but she chose a very slithery muddy narrow track through deep heather which I didn’t enjoy. But we had a nice catch up, I got a blip at the beginning of these ponies, and we called at her house for coffee and cake afterwards.

The world news just gets grimmer and grimmer. We are in a very scary place with Musk bent on world chaos.
