Monarch butterfly

We finally landed at about eleven pm and I got to the hotel before midnight. It was a straightforward landing as the storms had subsided. I felt sorry for the crew and the holidaymakers taking off at that time for their return journey.

It was worth it. Fabulous weather. Crisp and clear after the storms and just around 20 degrees this morning. 

My blip is of my favourite butterfly - the Monarch. It was teasing me as I walked past the gardens next to the Teatro but I was persistent.

No cruise ships today - and yesterday all five cancelled because of the storms. 

It’s just brilliant to be back.
