Amaryllis

I have to hope the power doesn't go out again. It has gone out a couple of times tonight and came back on less than a minute later. It happened during the day too, I had to reset the clock in my bedroom when I came home, as well as the one on the microwave.

This amaryllis is one of my bulbs from last year, or the year before, it decided to bloom this year.

A few problems at work today. I had asked for a copy of the planogram, a paper copy of the price tags and to have the new stock ready. One out of 3 happened. The planogram was printed and ready for us. The guy I had been talking to decided the paper tags were not needed since they have the electronic tags on the shelf. They did bring some new stock out, but I am sure there was more out back, it was mixed on another couple of pallets. The Walmart planograms are difficult to read, the print is very tiny and hard to read. Plus a lot of the new product says 'NOF' on the planogram, so we have no idea what it actually is.

The guy I had booked on Saturday night to come over early this morning and clear the driveway forgot to put me on his schedule. I did the steps and a path to the truck before I left for work. I didn't have time to do more. At that point it would have been easier for someone to do as it had not frozen solid. I messaged him around 10:30, and he replied, said he would go right over. I told him now would be  a good time to get it done, since my truck was not in the driveway. I came home around 3:30 and nothing had been done. I had a hard time getting over the ice at the end of the driveway. He got a grumpy message and a couple of not nice comments on his posts today. He had posted twice that he would be out doing driveways today. I guess he seen them because he showed up about an hour later. He put some more crusher dust down on the driveway. I had to tell him that I wanted the ice broken up at the end of the driveway, so he used a crowbar to break it up and pushed it to the side.

Cold and windy again tomorrow, the the forecast has temperatures around freezing and just above for Wednesday and Thursday.
