A gloriously sunny day with a cold wind. We’ll take that any day of the week.

A very active day. A HIIT session and a walk this morning into Mote Park which was packed with families as the schools are in half term. Packed with birds to feasting on all the bird food being thrown at them. This cob looked splendid in the sunlight.

Down to the allotment this afternoon where we did quite a bit of clearing up of areas that are not No Dig. I worked on creating a beetle bank out of the area we’ve been tipping weeds for the last 15 years. Now neatly sheeted over to get it ready for sowing with grass seeds.

Had a meeting with the parish council to tell them that we were moving and that I’d be giving up as chairman of the allotment association from 1st May.

Uketok this evening which wore the ends of my fretting fingers. Even so, great fun.

I may not be able to visit your journals over the next two days. We have an early start visiting friends tomorrow and I have an even earlier start on Wednesday at Tenterden Town where I need to be on duty at 7.45 am for early morning services.
