Gorse

Spotted on a walk with youngest before he headed to work - we had a lovely chat. Seems early to me for the gorse to be putting on a show but perhaps not.  Otherwise, a much-needed day at home - a lovely lie-in, washing on, reading the weekend paper then middle son and girlfriend arrived to stay the night. They both have a day off tomorrow and he wants show her the city where he grew up which is sweet! Dinner together - a new gnocchi recipe from last weekend's 'Feast' supplement - well received all round then we watched a film chosen by son - Blackkklansmen - entertaining and horrific at the same time.
