Busy. Half term. Ben was with carers but he’s been anxious about it, he had a full meltdown about it last night after bath and was awake in the night and up early.. He did go off ok with them but I could see from the notes in the app that he was having a tricky day :-( He’s been pretty calm since he’s been home though, so take the wins where they come. I raced around getting jobs done all morning but felt pretty productive which was good. I’ve made some more progress with my book too, so that’s a good thing.. although I’m now at the stage where it’ll be over soon and I’ll have the pressure of picking something new to start.. that always stresses me out!
