In The Net

This morning saw a welcome return of the sun! The first blue sky we've seen in Lincoln for over a week, and it was very welcome. 

I was feeling a bit lazy though, and didn't go out. Despite, or maybe because of the clear skies, it has been very cold. The sunlight was warm shining through the front room window though, and Minstrel made the most of it by settling down on the top platform of his cat tree with the net curtain draped over him. He stayed there most of the morning.

Meanwhile, I caught up blip comment, cleaned out the fridge and did some reading.

After lunch we went to get the weekly shop. I didn't need much personally, but Brian got a few bits, and we bought some household items too. Also filled the car up with petrol.
