Streamlined Kite

I photograph and post pics of red kites that fly over our property quite often but I've never got a streamlined shot quite like this. I like that part of its 'topside' and its beak can be seen.

Got me thinking about the Dunford Flying Machine kite which was designed in the 1970s by squadron leader Don Dunford. I read about it in the paper at the time and ordered one. It was a bit of a contraption and don't recall us ever flying it. :(
