Out on the bike this morning for just the second time this year - easy does it! - with a run down the coast to Aberlady.

Matinee time at the flicks, back to The Cameo again for a one-off screening of 'Harol & Maude', directed by Hal Ashby in 1971. I've seen it before on the telly and it really is quite an odd, yet engaging movie.

Out for coffee and cake and some holiday planning afterwards, now just awaiting the arrival of one our Glasgow-dwelling daughters for the night.
