A quick trip to the market - weather still cold, dank and dreich. Went up to the West End in the afternoon, via bus since trams only running on a partial route this weekend, for an hour of ashtanga yoga. It's been ages since I did any and wondered if I could still get up to speed, but it went surprisingly well. Noticed Topher's borders in Atholl Crescent still looking pretty good.

Oof, feeling rather tired now.
