Desperate Measures

When your quilt insists on slipping off your feet and onto the floor in the middle of the night desperate measures are needed to keep it in place.
 
After many versions we have wound up with clamps attached directly to the mattress retainer(s) (electric beds).  Now we find the retainer(s) is/are being dragged to the side of the bed, so this morning I used cable ties to hold the retainer(s) in place.
 
All very silly but necessary.  Saturday seemed an appropriate day to do it.
 
 
Had a good night’s pain free kip until I tried to get up and TWANG.  Fortunately it was only a small twang and I soon recovered to my current daytime norm, which is not brilliant.
