Dippy in the driving seat.
After the usual routine morning exploration and reflection of God’s creations in our life, we (I’m now using Dippy and I as “we” ) drove to a recommended tyre supplier and ordered two new tyres to be fitted on Friday morning, premium quality and individually cheaper than the tiny unit that simply allowed the rear indicator to function properly! Off to drop off two of my bikes to a local mechanic who has more experience than I have to sell them on a specific site.
Instow beach and while I collected an adequate pan full of muscles from the extremely low tide way Dippy made friends with everyone and their army of dogs. I bumped into some really special acquaintances and shared some great memories from our time when I was working there back along.
After lunch of fresh crusty sourdough and a simple bowl of mussels (extra) I fell asleep without any apparent effort and woke up with Dippy snoring with his head on my lap.
An excellent gym session, bike, stretching and mobility before 40 lengths of the virtually empty pool.
A supper of more fresh bread and three fried eggs followed by plenty of fruit before hitting the sack.
Zzzzzz
