Got the pool all to myself for a bit today. Am now realising that the ability to swim unimpeded leaves you a bit worse for wear. (Having done twice as many lengths as usual, I now think I could sleep for Scotland!).

Still, the raincoat stayed in the car again today - that has to be a good thing!
