Remembering

D and I were listening this morning to a radio dramatisation of the book “Slaughterhouse 5” by Kurt Vonnegut, with Andrew Scott voicing Billy Pilgrim. I’ve read the book a couple of times and rate it very highly. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slaughterhouse-Five

In the novel, Billy Pilgrim is in Dresden in 1945 when it is fire bombed. I realised that tomorrow will be the 80th anniversary of that terrible event.
