High school (scholastic) wrestling.  The kid on his back is about to be pinned and lose the match to the wrestler on top; fortunately for the guy on the bottom, the clock ran out of time.  This is a Conference Championship match and the fella on top was the eventual winner scoring a Technical Fall.....being a superior wrestler and outscoring his opponent 18-6.
