The Oracle

Went shopping with the wife and took these photos outside Stoke library. Its called "Oracle" and was presented 1996 to Nelson Council. A small description is the future is in our hands. On the thumb are little snails open to the individuals interpretation I think maybe it is that we are slow learners.
