When we returned from a couple of appointments in New Lynn we were blocked from entering our driveway. An arborist company is working to cut back the trees on the sides of the roads in this small locality, and were across the entry at that time. This event stimulated me to clear the weeds (including tradescantia). looks much better and in conjunction with the Council work the footpath is now much easier to walk along. Rather than leave the bare earth, We will get some native ground cover and low growing shrubs or similar.

No walk today as I did four hours of garden work in the heat, and just wanted to sit and read after that.
