… for Wide Wednesday. These are just outside the kitchen door. I was too sore to walk any further to catch a blip.

This morning I did walk around to get a hip X-ray, onto the library, then newsagent and finally the hub for the Independent for our next election. I wanted to drop something off and pick something up. Total distance was 1.8km. That’s probably why I can’t walk tonight. It’s not far but more than I can do at the moment.

I have prepared dinner and will get Bob to heat it up for us a bit later. He has also been asked to do bin duty today. I have a GP appointment tomorrow so she should have the results of my X-ray.
