The Road Home!

We crossed the Millaux Viaduct, again, this time heading south and with a much better approach shot which I ‘directed’ Dd to take for me! It was a full seven-hour drive from Orleans to Narbonne in pretty foul conditions apart from the first sun-lit hour!

A shared burger and chips in La Rive Gauche on La Cour de La République was a perfect wind down!

Once more staying in Hotel La Residence where we were last the night before the funeral of Chaiselongue in 2013. Room 22, this time, and grateful that their private parking swallowed our large van whole!
