Now You See It, Now You Don’t!

The 5,000km odyssey from Barcelona to Scotland and back is over! The contents of the van including two armchairs, two wicker chairs and a carpet/large Anta rug along with other Studio One rugs and a hefty wooden bench hewn from railway sleepers, it seems, (all out of view here) were decamped into our house in only half an hour!

It will take a little time to arrange things but we are determined to enjoy the process!

The van which looks quite small here but is, in fact, quite large is a real handful in Barcelona’s narrow traffic lanes, was returned on time and was due out again after an hour!

We feel quite a sense of accomplishment! The task was probably larger overall than we anticipated but maybe that ignorance helps one embark on it!

We certainly bonded with the van and will miss getting into her tomorrow.

The other shots are from our morning walk around the lovely Narbonne. The cathedral choir is always inspiring, you feel the cold of centuries as soon as you enter and your neck nearly breaks looking up to behold the 40m-plus topmost vaults!
