New view

I made it to my 9 a.m. orientation tour this morning. It was definitely a longer drive with more traffic to navigate. At the last minute, G decided not to go to the workshop at EXPO City, which I think was a good decision.

The new office is amazing. It is sparkling, huge, well-thought-out, and full of the latest technology. As colleagues, we've received several goodies, such as a branded insulated water bottle, book, pen, tote bag, etc.

My blip is of the view from the desk I had today. It could be different tomorrow and over the following weeks. The designers want colleagues to try different areas and get to know/collaborate with people from different teams. As part of the grand opening, everyone gets breakfast and lunch provided. It was great to see proper crockery and cutlery being used. We even have glasses and mugs rather than paper cups. :))

G was away at a dance class by the time I got home. Her 4get-me-not group has planned three sessions over the next three weeks.
