Objects

As I was preparing to take a shower, I noticed these two objects in the bathroom. I'm not sure what inspired me to take a blip of them. Perhaps it was because they were a bit incongruous sitting together. A sponge and a model car. A natural object and a man made object.

The model car brings back some happy memories. It was bought on my very first overseas holiday to Malta in June 1993 - almost exactly 20 years ago. A holiday I feel like I can remember just about every single second of.

It is funny how little objects like this can invoke such powerful and life-shaping memories.
