TV enchantment

Gruff is definitely better. At 5am I was woken by him howling as if in pain. I rushed downstairs thinking I’d find a terrible scene. When I opened the kitchen door he greeted me excitedly, tail vigorously wagging. Not in pain, but really hungry. Two dishes of food later he was happy. The vet was also very happy when we went for review this afternoon. Fingers crossed he doesn’t relapse.
Grandson, Tomos, almost 2 yrs old, visited us briefly this afternoon. He immediately made for the sitting room, insisted I sat down with him on the sofa and indicated that he wanted the TV on to watch Thomas the Tank. Here he is totally engrossed.
