Kat was heading back north to Edinburgh at lunchtime today.   First she wanted to go back down to the lake for a swim.  Insanity doesn't run in the family honestly.  However being parents we pandered to the offspring's wishes.  After her swim we retired to Grannie Dowbekin's for coffee and.... no not cake......... scones.  Kat caught her train and we headed home.

The afternoon took us back to the Lodge.  We are changing the table so Clickychick wanted to take photos to put on the internet to hopefully get it off our hands,  We had taken the legs off to make storing while the new flooring was being laid, so that was a job for me.  Fortunately being a modern table there were only 8 nuts to be undone.
