Up and out to Body Balance, such a nice start to the day, providing a blip as well as a bit of exercise indoors. Home and as M didn't leave the house yesterday, we braved the cold winds and threatening rain and had a not unpleasant foray along the beach and back.
Rest of the day seems to have been spent putting new strap on the camera and having long, slightly repetitive conversation with Auntie T and cousin C. Where has the day gone?
