And relax

Early start to get Stuart to his physio appointment, we’d got part way there when the hospital rang to say it was cancelled! Fortunately they were able to offer him a slightly later appointment so we diverted to Sainsbury’s to do the bit of shopping I still needed for our trip.

Physio went well, he’s doing all the right things and doesn’t have to go back until March now. I got my blood test done while I was waiting for him.

Back home and all systems go to get the packing done and squeeze everything in the car. That’s normally his job, and we don’t normally have a chair in the boot. Think I did a pretty good job in the end.

We arrived at the cottage at about 4pm, and met up with the rest of the family. Unpacked, got the food put away and actually sat doing nothing. There’s so much food and drink to get through.

Absolutely shattered tonight but much more relaxed.
