The New Bird Table

After grumbling yesterday about DHL hanging on to my bird table, I emailed the company. They immediately got on to it and I had a message from DHL to say it would be delivered tomorrow, ie today.

It arrived late morning and once out of the boxes, I was immediately impressed by the quality. I had a bit of work to do to put it together. The top bit was fully assembled but the stand needed putting together. The instructions were clear and I enjoyed the process. It's good and sturdy and should last a long time.

If you're wondering what the odd thing is on the pole,  just below the table, it's a plastic beaker which I've installed to prevent those sneaky rats from climbing up.
