In the extras: part of B's pasalubong from Manila apart from the Garmin watch am already wearing is the mini dark chocolate bars. 

It was overcast and rainy almost the entire day today but somehow still found myself walking to the gym in the morning and doing ThenX's workout. Was able to read at least 10 pages off Adam Grant's Think Again , do daily chores and put grip tape on the low parallettes we had custom made by our neighbor welder.
