#Loire Beach Finds!

A little beach combing at Treves today where we have a little self catering rental cottage. I say beach as the Loire is low at this time of year and the banks of sand reveal their treasures. Amazing to find an intact clay pipe, usually you will find a part of one but this is remarkable and has an inscription which warrants further investigation. Love the little Sloan ointment bottle and I'm hoping the little clay cup might be Roman who knows??
