Scalped

S took Lucca to Sheila for her trim while I went to the weights class. I was restricted due to the glute/lower back pain since Saturday as I twisted my back :(

Did mostly upper body stuff.

We both went down around 2pm to pick Lucca up. She was in the house with her Mum Dora and a two year old called Nicky, who is looking for a good home. If she had been a golden like Breagha I would have been tempted but not another blue roan.

We stopped off in Glendoick for a fudge doughnut to have with our cuppa. I was groaning this morning too when I stood on the scales and had put on 4lbs due to not been able to walk with the broken toe . Also blame the Christmas chocolates.

I need to stop the evening snacking and try and cure the sugar addiction. (Once again).

Popped into see Laura , she’s improving a bit but has given us the tickets she has for the show Chicago at the Playhouse on Saturday.
