Yesterday I went to Conwy RSPB Nature Reserve with the U3A Birdwatching group.  It was a lovely sunny day which was great but made actually seeing the birds from the hides quite difficult due to the glare (not a frequent problem recently!)

The highlight of the visit was the starling murmuration along the estuary at sunset, always a treat to see.
