Trial Walk

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

I went for a walk with my neighbour, Marie, and her dog, Ziggy, today. Her husband had a hip replacement earlier this week and Ziggy, is going to walk with us a couple of days next week while she’s working.

Marie was keen to have a trial walk so we can get to know Ziggy as apparently she can be a little temperamental.

Ziggy behaved like an angel. Her recall was really good and she chose not chase after joggers and cyclists (an ongoing issue).

Murphy, on the other hand, disappeared behind a fence to eat whatever random stuff was underneath a log he managed to roll out of the way and completely ignored my attempts to call him back!

And then I had had to put him on the lead to get him away from the only apple tree which still has (rotting) fruit lying underneath.

So glad Ziggy didn’t show Marie up!
