One year today…

Big Sis gave me this lovely card yesterday. One for Little Sis too. The cut out jigsaw piece perfectly chosen. One piece is now missing. The last year has gone quickly and it’s hard to believe today is the first anniversary of Valerie’s passing.

Tuesday is always a busy day which is why we had our day together yesterday. We heard from Valerie’s family and I’m sure they’ll be doing something together tonight. With Neil too of course.

We had a knitting work party with the ladies this afternoon. We’re knitting squares for the ladies in Sudan to make into blankets. Not a new idea but because we just send the squares, the blanket designs are their own and they are able to sell them and so fund their families themselves.
