Tuesday: Self-Taught

In the absence of any external activities today I thought I’d share with you this very useful book we have in the house, ‘Gujurati Self-Taught’.  I am particularly fond of the section for domestic servants - it doesn’t seem as any positive language is called for.

I wonder how you would say ‘these shirts are wonderfully crisp’, or ‘you’ve done a splendid job washing these clothes’.
