Lambing Time

We walked past this barn and I looked through the window and saw this group of lambs surrounded by their attentive mother's (although most are looking away from them).  

The pros and cons of sheep farming are put to one side today. I have always loved to see lambs gambolling in the fields, before they become old and start to focus on eating grass for the rest of their lives.  Although these are too young to gambol of course.
