Early Bloomer

This morning, the fog was back, and the forecast for more sunny days didn’t come true. This has happened quite a few times lately. 

So, no walk today. At lunchtime, I went to the gym instead. As I came home, I noticed this flower on the little rose bush in our front garden. I have blipped it flowering in early December once, but early February is even more unusual.

I guess, despite a few frosty nights and the occasional ice, this winter has been way too mild, and nature is getting confused.
