Mono

I have been working on another painting of a scene at Pin Mill from a photo I took a few years ago. I am drawn to the composition and today because there was a bit of green in the water I thought I would monochrome it.. then got caught in a white mist of play and settled for this .. all a bit strange but I rather like the vignetting going on .. It feels more like a late evening scene.. interesting!
Just another Monday at home.. I should have gone north at the weekend but didn't 'feel' the need or at least something was telling me not to so I didn't go. Instead a domestic day and sorting things in the studio space
