Dough

Our eldest was arriving later in the day with a friend/colleague from London following a weekend of walking in the Cairngorms with two other friends. In preparation for their visit,  I had a morning of making bread, soup, brownies and bean and halloumi stew.  It's a flying visit as they are heading back down to London tomorrow afternoon having cut short their stay up north due to the weather - too windy for their intended route. Rather than waste a day of holiday, they're heading back tomorrow. Nice that the boys want to bring their friends home.
