Heat treatment

OH has recently taken up pickleball and has gone from initial reticence at my suggestion to try it, to playing at every opportunity with the fervour of a convert! His old legs however have yet to get up to speed with his enthusiasm and he has come home today with a "calf twinge", hence the appearance of the hot water bottle. He's hoping it'll ease off quickly because he's playing again tomorrow morning!
