Just checking my feed.....

A quiet day. Had intended to join the lads for the Sunday bike ride but the weather wasn’t great and Gruff was unwell. We were going to travel back to Cardiff in the afternoon but before leaving Aberaeron we went to the Harbour Master for their delicious Sunday lunch. Mrs GM sneakily caught me checking my smartphone. while we were perusing the menu. I remember the time when I would tell the kids off for being antisocial during meals. I’m clearly not practicing what I used to preach.
Gruff remains poorly: lethargic, off his food and vomiting. If he’s no better in the morning I will take him to the vet. Fingers crossed all is well but two weeks ago Llew went through the same and went rapidly downhill.
