Slow river

.... well actually quite fast after all the rain. 
After a depressing evening watching the slow death of Welsh rugby at the hands of the French, I needed a walk along the river Aeron in the sun to cheer me up. At least the other two 6 Nations games this afternoon (Scotland v Italy and Ireland v England) were closer affairs.
Next up Italy. I am not optimistic.  
This is the first day of mono February.
