Winter flowering heather

Other than out on the moors, I'm not a big fan of heather.  But living with a garden year on year, it starts to give you messages about what flourishes and what doesn't. And those types of heather that don't need acid soil really do flourish on the bank at the back of the garden. So... three winter-flowering heathers for Flower Friday, bringing some brightness to still-dark days.
