The pastels pieces in my journal

First extra: There is also art on the back of some of pieces 

2nd extra: The pieces attached to my journal! 

On the left side, those pieces are glued down. The other sections are loose and fold into the page spread. This is a very mixed media journal page and may not be your favorite type of art... I enjoy the process of creating most of all and feel my best when I do. 

I've added one more extra. The instructor suggested we add one or two things that were meaningful to us. That section includes a photo of my dad (blip) when he was young. He passed in 2011 and I am lucky to still feel his presence here with me today. The first extra, showing the back of the pieces also has parts of an envelope he sent me. It has to be 30 years old. I am glad to have found a home for it, instead of being saved in a box.
